**Pet Policy:**
Let us know if bringing a pet: number, weight (max 35 lbs), breed. Pet Fee: $125 + tax (per pet); Pet Security Fee: $250 refundable.
Fees for damages; refundable if in same condition post-inspection. Damage by pets is the guest's responsibility.
**POOL HEATER:**
$30 + tax/day, requested at booking or 3 days prior. Needs to stay on during your stay (min 5 days). Spa only heats with pool heater on. Heat may not work near freezing weather. Recommended Sept to May.
**BBQ GRILL RENTAL:**
$50.00 Plus Tax , is the charge to use the BBQ Grill. This is a one time-fee
Guests are responsible for the propane.
The fee only covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
**LONG STAY CLEANING:**
Reservations over 21 days require additional cleaning services. Regular cleaning includes towel/linen washing; Mid-Stay cleaning does not.

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool area and access to the clubhouse. Short walk to community pool which was a huge plus. Communication with host was excellent, all of our questions and minor things we had to have looked at were answered and dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! We’ve stayed in this community many times but will look for this owner in the future! Clean, well stocked and easy communication with owner. Thanks for a great vacation.

Pro- great location, house had nice cleaning odor on arrival
Private pool even though it’s small worked well with little grandkids, paid extra for heating
House size great, beds comfortable, nice linens
Grandkids loved specialty bedrooms
Community club house, pool, lazy river, splash pad was an added treat, close to house.
Extra stroller to use
Cons- paid for bbq, only used twice, luckily there was propane so didn’t have to add that
Only 4 large forks, rest were dessert forks
Carpet old, worn, looked dirty, one stair worn down to wood
Couch and dining room chairs need a good cleaning
Had neighbors with dogs, one night dogs barked about 4 hours straight, I know not companies fault.
Only one dish towel
Overall was a great house with four grandkids, ages 2,4,6,8. Would recommend the house.
