Ristrutturato nel 2017 in stile moderno, in attesa di offrire momenti di vacanza indimenticabili e sistemazioni confortevoli in sua posizione ideale per rilassarsi vicino alla spiaggia e visite turistiche in giro per la famosa città di Chania.
Questo appartamento è elegantemente ed elegantemente arredate dentro e fuori, arredate con gusto di lusso con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare.

Great location, clean apartment, well equipped
We enjoyed our short stay at this modern, well equipped apartment with all mod cons, and a nice central patio. Just a few yards walk to the sea and 10 minutes from the Venetian port.

Excellent location
Perfect place for a small family to stay. Minutes to the beach and an easy walk into town.
I emailed a couple of suggestions upon check out. Very minor though.

Lovely flat, wonderful lovely location
This is a really nice property for families or two couples. The en-suite washrooms in each bedroom are a real bonus for groups so you’re not bumping into each other. The patio out back is great for visiting but the walls are a bit of a sound amplifier so you just need to be mindful of voices carrying late at night if you’re visiting out there. We loved the washing machine and ability to keep up on that for our two week stay. There were a few issues but all were quickly dealt with and the property managers are easy to reach if you have any questions or issues. The housekeeper Dina could not be more lovely and sweet. I recommend this property for all these reasons and especially for the location. Only two blocks away from the beautiful and massive beach with all the restaurants and bars for cocktails just a stone’s throw away. You’re also only a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of Chania where there is excellent shopping, banking, and food and drink options. You’ll love your stay here!

Le logement est confortable, bien situé, un peu petit.
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas utiliser plus de 2 plaques de la cuisinière sans faire sauter les plombs.
Globalement, c'est un bon logement.

casa in buona posizione sia per il centro di chania che per le spiagge più belle. casa pulita e con il cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. unica pecca il poco spazio per gli indumenti. abbiamo dovuto usare il tavolino della cucina per mettere le magliette e comprare gli omini in quanto erano 10 per 4 persone. comodo il check in che lascia spazio all'arrivo.

Power went out in the building twice during the week and one a/c unit stopped working for a while one evening. 100 meter walk to the beach and a nice 10-15 min. stroll to old town Chania. Supermarket also just 10 minutes away was very convenient.

Incredibly Convenient and Clean
We only spent 1 night in Chania, and this apartment was so convenient for us. We parked on the street with no problem, and getting into the apartment was a breeze with the lock-box. All we had to do was drop off our stuff and then head down to the water - which is basically right outside the door. 1 minute from a lovely beach, work going on replacing the beach promenade which will be finished in time for the summer months. Didn't spoil our enjoyment though. Would come again, Chania is a real gem.

The apartment is ideally placed very near the beach, local tavernas and a small fishing harbour. The old town of Chania can be reached by an easy coastal walk that takes about 25 mins or a more direct route inland taking about 15mins. Easy to get to the bus station too for trips out to the Botanic gardens or coastal towns.
There was a problem with one of the showers not draining properly but this was fixed the same day and the ladies servicing the apartment offered fresh bedding and towels every day, which was great. Washing machine and dryer on the patio also very useful!We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
