Summary:
This Stonebridge Condo is conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, just between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with very easy access to the free bus that takes you up to Deer Valley Resort, or down to popular Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife. This condo is spacious, approximately 2500 square feet, very well equipped, and nicely decorated. It has a 'downhill' floor plan, with the entry and garage at driveway level. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with hight ceilings, hardwood flooring a wet bar and a floor to ceiling rustic stone gas fireplace.

Living Room - Elegant Article Furnishings and a gas fire place.
Kitchen - Very well equipped for cooking meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher & hardwood flooring.
Dining Room - Seating for 8 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar.
Bedrooms - Three bedrooms furnished with premium sheets.
Master Main Floor – King bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom
Top Floor Loft - King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Full Size Bunk Bed, flat screen tv and an en suite bathroom

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this great condo. Great location too! It was nice to be able to walk to Main St. Park City or take a quick bus. The property is well maintained and the property management company was very easy to get a hold of if we had an issue. My only suggestion would be to replace the downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom mattresses. The downstairs mattress seemed very old and you could feel the springs come through and the upstairs mattress caved into the middle.
Overall this property was a great fit for our family and its needs. We would love to stay here again!

Property in an excellent location with lots to do nearby. property was clean and as advertised. Air conditioning not adequate to keep the property cool enough in the summer, but not unbearable and nights were cool.

Since I didn’t read closely, there was no air-conditioning for the unexpected heat wave. Four fans were delivered, but needed to be assembled. My sisters aging in range from 62-81, there were 8 of us, we put them together, This turned out to be a funny teamwork activity., but we accomplished the task. The host was quick to respond to our needs.
