Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and more for you to make a delicious home cooked meal. The house had great spaces and was in the location we needed but was not maintained properly. There was some sort of problem with septic tank or sewage line. the front yard had a murky brown puddle that stank. Difficult to use front door without stepping in it.someone had smoked on the property so there was a smell inside as well. The house still had trash from previous visits. property owner did not contact me with instructions for getting into the property within 48 hours of the beginning of our stay. He did respond when I contacted him about issues but problems were not resolved. he offered to have cleaners come in during our stay and do carpets to try and get rid of smoke smell but it was too inconvenient with small kids to have that during our stay.
