Situated next to the popular Sunshine Café & Yoga, our apartment is nestled in the heart of Penryn, a historic town with a vibrant community. The apartment features a spacious and well-lit bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, with soft linens and pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The living area has a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and connectivity needs. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favourite meals. It includes modern appliances such as a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, D'Longhi coffee machine, kettle toaster, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the charming dining table, which seats up to four people.

Step outside to the front terrace, where comfortable outdoor seating invites relaxation in the sun trap. Don't forget to use the BBQ!

Falmouth is just a 10-minute drive away, this bustling seaside town offers beautiful beaches, maritime attractions, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we provide detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless. You also have a private courtyard, although the stairs leading up the two flats above do overlook the courtyard.

We are a 6-minute drive from the vibrant heart of Falmouth Town Centre where you can find multiple car parks, including the convenient options of Town Quarry, Church Street and Grove Place car parks, all within easy reach.

Just a 4-minute walk away you can find your nearest bus stop with buses that run to and from Falmouth. You can also take the bus to Flushing which offers quaint pubs and breathtaking walks around the headland.
