To ensure the smallest of family members have what they need, a pack-n-play, crib sheets, highchair, infant bathing tub, and a few toys are provided.
BEACH EQUIPMENT
To ensure you have everything for the beach, I provide Tommy Bahamas Back-Pack Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, sand anchors, a soft cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to easily carry it to the beach.
TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150. This covers up to 2 pets for the duration of the stay. Each additional pet is subject to approval and will cost $75 per pet. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

Nothing says vacation like staying at one of Katie's properties. Our family has utilized her beautiful homes on multiple occasions and there has never been an issue. Home is always very clean, updated, and has all the extra amenities to not have to haul them with you to make everything more convenient. If you want to unwind and not worry about anything to maximize your vacation, stay at one of her lovely properties.

We had a great time at the Shell Yeah house. We were a group of 5 adults & 6 young children and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space inside and out. The kids loved the pool and chair swings. The kitchen was spacious and great for making large dinners, and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat together at the dining room table or outside where there were numerous gathering areas. The 3 refrigerators came in handy, and having 2 levels meant that kids could easily take naps without being disturbed.
Katie was great with communication and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay at Shell Yeah again for future trips to SC and highly recommend to other guests!

Location was great and overall the property was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few issues that should be addressed with the property manager though. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, the margarita machine had a significant amount of mold inside, the drain in master upstairs bedroom shower was clogged, there were empty beer cans left in downstairs closet, the light in upstairs fridge didn't work, the drawer in upstairs fridge was broken (no track), there was ice melted in the freezer, and the walls were bowing downstairs like there was water damage at some point. The worst part was that my 80 year old mother sat in a chair at the outdoor table on the back deck and fell backwards because it was broken!
