Fantastic, brand-new apartment in the heart of Florence, just steps away from both the Duomo and Santa Croce. With two full bedrooms plus a single room it can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, combining comfort and practicality with an amazing central location.
This beautiful 2 ½ bedroom apartment has just been completely renovated, reclaiming precious original features like the traditional cotto floors and the wooden-beam ceilings, but adding modern, functional fixtures (brand-new kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and sleek contemporary furniture which make it a practical and stylish choice for groups or families up to 5 people.
The apartment consists of:
fully-equipped kitchen with wood cabinets
a nice living area, full of light and movement, that opens up onto a balcony. The room features a dining table for 6 and a flat-screen TV
brand-new bathroom with walk-in shower cabin
2 spacious and exquisitely-appointed master bedrooms (each has a king-size bed with wrought-iron railings, a practical workstation and a wardrobe)

Location was amazing. However you need to be fit to get up those stairs as we were on the third floor of the building. Carting your luggage could be a challenge as there is no host to meet up with you. Also carry a flash light as the stairways are not lit up properly. The restaurants and coffee shops are amazing.

This unit is in a great area of Firenze - walkable to everywhere, including the train station. The area is reasonable quiet at night and never heard any neighbors.
The unit itself was nice if not sparsely furnished. A few minor issues were noted which the proprietor indicated would be fixed.

Great location. Big apartment but on third floor with very steep steps and limited lighting. Upon checking in, we were harrassed for the cleaning fee in cash to be left in the lockbox for immediate pickup. No one came to pick up the money as it was still there upon check out 4 days later. There is no dryer available and limited toiletries were left-we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper on day 2.
