The house has a separate entrance and is located at the end of a quiet street, surrounded by trees and meadows. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, bars, and shops.

If you enjoy sports, there are surf and sailing schools; you can go horseback riding at the Castanedo Stables, play golf at the Pedreña golf courses, go hiking, bike riding, take walks, try water skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing… and much more.
