One of the best features of our property is its unbeatable location. Our place is just minutes from the inlet, so if you’re planning a day of boating, fishing, or just soaking up those gorgeous waterfront views, you won’t be wasting time stuck in traffic. You’ll be on the water faster than it takes to make your beach playlist.

Now let’s talk food (because, priorities). Craving your morning coffee? Starbucks is basically around the corner—latte secured. More of a donut person? Dandy Donuts has you covered with the kind of sugar rush that makes vacation mornings even better. Need something quick? McDonald’s and Wendy’s are right there too. But if you’re looking for a place to hang, catch a game, and cheer like a local, Bru’s Room sports bar is the spot. And when taco cravings hit (because they always do), Tijuana Taxi is close by with margaritas waiting. Honestly, you won’t even scratch the surface of all the restaurants and hangouts within a few minutes of the house.

Not just about food? Don’t worry—we’ve got you. For those who like to keep their fitness routine going, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Youfit Fitness, LA Fitness, CrossFit boxes, and Anytime Fitness are all nearby. Whether you want a quick treadmill session or a full-on sweat fest, you’re set.

And if your idea of exercise involves sunshine, laughter, and maybe a little friendly competition, you’re in luck. You’ll be close to several golf courses where you can tee off like a pro—or at least look good trying. Plus, brand-new pickleball courts are nearby. If you haven’t tried pickleball yet, now’s your chance. It’s the fastest-growing sport in the country, and trust us, it’s way more fun than it sounds. Easy to pick up, addictive once you start, and perfect for every age.

Basically, you won’t be bored. From food runs and fitness stops to golf swings and pickleball rallies, everything you could want is right here. Add in that quick access to the inlet and the water, and you’ve got yourself a stay that’s equal parts convenient and unforgettable.
