Pass the time by relaxing on the porch, making s’mores on the fire pit, and enjoying lunch at your own picnic area. There are river views from nearly every room in the house. Open the windows and let the rolling river lull you to sleep. Happy River Cottage features a washer and dryer, free TV, and WiFi and local calls.
Blue Spruce Village is located 2 miles from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes from charming downtown Estes Park.

Beautiful home. Well decorated and clean. It was right on the river and you could leave your windows open and it was perfect. We slept peaceful in the great beds and the sound of the river. This house is connected to another house but there were no neighbors. Fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Will stay again.

Everything is as advertised. We loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the river. We saw maybe 10 elk one morning passing through. It was a great proximity to downtown Estes and the national park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. There were 4 adults in our group. Plenty of space. Cabin is about 5 minutes from all of the Estes action and about 5 minutes from the RMNP entrance. Cabin was very clean and the creek is about 40' from the back deck...very nice.
