Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

* Assigned parking space
* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
* The elevator is offered as a convenience and not as a guaranteed amenity. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only means of access to other floors. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to the elevator being unavailable.

We received an email a week prior to our stay that the pool was closed, we received other pool options but they were too far so we did not utilize. The outside porch patio furniture cushions were mildewy, possibly moldy so we put them aside and didn’t sit on them. The remotes run the lights and fans throughout the house, bedroom one remote did not work. The elevator stopped working so we contacted management, was fixed same day, they were on it. We only received one fob to gain access to property, was inconvenient but we figured it out as we had 7 people total and two vehicles. House was clean, beautiful property. Location of property was perfect. Would stay here again.

Te apartment is nice, modern, well decorated and comfortable for a family. The condo offers good amenities and the environment is quiet and calm.
