We stayed here with 13 people ranging from 9 months to 75 years and had a blast! The bedrooms were comfortable, the shared spaces in the house worked very well for us, and we used the Pickleball court a lot. There were several times that we had a game of Pickelball going along with a game of ping pong and a game of cornhole, all in the same room! We ran out of time to really use the other out-building (with billiards and darts), but the room looked great. My wife also LOVED the soft water and the filtered water faucet. It was very helpful to have two sets of washers and driers, as half of us had already road-tripped for a few days before arriving. It made doing laundry easy!We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to the Flagstaff area.

Sunset Ranch was an amazing VRBO/short term rental! We had a great experience with our family, the house is well stocked and the layout and outdoor patio was the best. It worked perfect for our family weekend to celebrate an NAU graduation. John was great to work with and we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite stays in Flagstaff. Well appointed home with entertainment spaces for the whole family. The hosts respond quickly when we had any questions and everything was just seamless.

We rented this property for a group of ten people. Everything from the communication, check in, the amenities, location, etc, was top notch. Our group had a great time during our stay (dogs included!) and we were incredibly satisfied with everything about this place. 10/10
