A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Villa Mariposa is a Mediterranean rustic villa in Benissa for 8 people that combines the authentic charm of traditional architecture of the Costa Blanca with all the comforts you need for perfect holidays. Located in a quiet area of Benissa, just a few minutes by car from La Fustera beach, the towns of Calpe and Moraira and a wide range of water activities, hiking and gastronomy.
The villa is distributed over two floors loaded with rustic details. The main floor welcomes you with a glazed porch — the ideal corner for morning reading or midday nap — which leads to a meticulously decorated living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms guarantee comfort for everyone: one with a bathtub and two with shower. The villa also features underfloor heating throughout the house and fans, designed for comfort in any season of the year.
The 4 bedrooms adapt to different configurations: two with a double bed and two with two single beds, perfect for families with children or groups of friends.
The exterior is where Villa Mariposa shines with more strength. The wide pool with solarium and sun loungers opens up to mountain views that invite you to stay. The pergola with built-in benches, barbecue, bar and large table for 8 people turns each al fresco dinner into a moment to remember. The garden, with plants, fruit trees, olive trees and a piece of lawn next to the pool, completes an authentic Mediterranean serenity setting.

Quiet location in a rural area, with great views from the pool area. Outside area was a wonderful mix of places to chill by the pool / swim / sit in the shade / eat in the open air kitchen-dining area. The house has a lot of character and plenty of room for people to spread out and relax or get together.
