The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 90 m² apartment for rent on the 2nd floor (no elevator) in Saint-Malo. The apartment comprises a living-dining room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with two showers, separate WC. Bed linen and towels included, outdoor parking. We're waiting for you!

- 22 m² living room with south-west exposure, furnished with a lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table, TV. Dining area with table for 8.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...
- Three bedrooms with double beds 140 x 190 cm. TV in each room.
- Bathroom with two showers, double washbasin, shower gel.
- Separate WC
- Private outdoor parking space in front of the residence
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, near the racecourse and 900 m from the train station, close to all amenities: supermarket 200 m away, Intermarché 1 km, Carrefour (with shopping mall) and other shops 2.7 km away.
Activities :
- Mont-Saint-Michel 1 hour away
- Beach and water sports
- Visit the St Malo Aquarium
- Discover the coast and islands
- Hiking
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car you can park in the private outdoor parking space in front of the residence.

Le MoZen Comfortable apartment for a big family or Group of friends. It is not the very center of St Malo but it is a distance of 2-2.5km to the City walls and the Beach. For us it was walking distance. Apartment itself is pretty cozy.
