• Bring your (fur)babies: pack n play and high chair provided. Up to 2 pets (cats or dogs) are welcome, but please include them at the time of booking rates include a pet fee. This was the perfect stay for our friend trip! Both of the houses had everything we needed for a great stay. We made multiple meals in the kitchen, used the hot tub and sauna, and enjoyed a few campfires! It was a rainy weekend but we really made the best of it and the view was gorgeous regardless. The houses are also close to town (less than 10 minute drive), an alpaca farm, and Holiday Valley. We would definitely stay here again! A couple things to note for future guests - the guest house spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge for anyone who doesn't have great knees or balance - it's very narrow. There are stairs on the outside of the building so you can use those to go upstairs, it's just not as convenient. The Wi-Fi in the guest house is a bit weak, but that didn't affect our trip too much, just something to consider. Some of our friends said their pillows were a bit too soft for their liking, so it might be a good idea to bring your favorite pillow if that would bother you. Other than those small things, we had a wonderful time and thought both houses were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The Cabin was not very clean. The floors looked like they have not been mopped in some time. We still saw dried up spills on the wood floor that we cleaned up ourselves. In the upstairs bedroom the cobwebs were all over the walls and in the corners. I understand cobwebs are made fairly quickly but not like this. The lady bugs were a bit of a problem. There is a look board also on the upstairs door frame. The upstairs carpet could use a good cleaning. The gas fireplace in the lower level, would start for a couple of seconds and shut off. We did contact the owner to let them know. The gas fireplace on the main level worked like a charm. We had to figure out the television (no sound), the soundbar was not connected correctly. The sliding screen door might as well be taken off. Over all the cabin does need some TLC. I also know this is rented out and understand that things do happen to the property over time but this was not for us. We did end up leaving an entire day early.
