The living room features a newly added foldout Queen mattress, enhancing the comfort of the additional sleeping arrangements. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and various games. A private deck offers picturesque mountain views. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.

The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
