Less than a half hour from New Braunfels/Schlitterbahn Water Park & Resort, Fredericksburg wineries and vineyards, Greune and the charming town of Wimberley. Right in the middle of Austin, San Antonio and San Marcos. Location offers easy access to water sports, toobing, hiking, viewing wildlife, shopping, wine and beer tasting, live music and restaurants. Three bedrooms, two and half baths, with a large upstairs open concept living area. Kitchen is upstairs with a second story deck to view the beautiful hill country and Canyon Lake. Perfect for an adventure filled vacation or just relaxing and spending time with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time. We went to the community pool, floated the river, swam in the lake… and got to come home to this BEAUTIFUL house! Hosts were so kind and responsive. Next time I come to Canyon Lake, it will be here!

Perfect location, easy check-in, very clean, graciously well-stocked, beautiful home. All we could have wanted and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was very relaxing. I highly recommend renting this property. Close to all activities.
