The location was very private and quaint. It did have an odor coming from the kitchen but other than that the house was clean and adorable. We were very pleased with our stay.

Such a cozy space! A perfect place away from the city but close enough to San Marcos for river and small town activities! Absolutely loved it

Its got character. Its got nature. Its got a fun layout. But, for the price, the very least a host can do is the following: 1) keep the immediate grounds cleaned up prior to guest arrivals- trash on the ground, 2) Keep the shampoo and conditioner filled up and available, 3) ensure there are no holes in the exterior that bugs can get into (see wall AC unit in loft.)
