Th e location was excellent. We were right next to the Katy Trail and within walking distance to downtown Defiance. There is plenty of shade for sitting outside and relaxing. My only warning is that you need to be able to climb up and down a ladder to access the beds. There are several nice wineries just a short drive away.

Fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the location was perfect. Communication was easy, and the hosts made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The location was great. We enjoyed the tiny house. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire. There was three of us and that is about all I would put in there. It is in a RV park. The park was very clean and the bath house was also very clean.
