This multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is perfect for families and groups of up to 10. The living area is open and comfy, with a large river-rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for kicking back after a day of skiing or in the summer, biking, hiking, boating on Lake Dillon and more. There’s a fully equipped granite kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, perfect for whipping up memorable mountain meals; there’s seating for six at the dining table and four more at the counter.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a one-car garage with parking for one more in the driveway, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Let’s start with how I was able to check in earlier which we were so grateful for! The house is FULLY stocked for cooking beautiful meals, enjoying a good cup of coffee, watching movies, playing games, and enjoying the surroundings. Super short walk to Frisco’s Main Street, and the rec paths in the area. Plenty of spaces to sleep. Lovely scented toiletries. But my favorite thing about this is how communicative the staff at Summit Rentals was both directly to my number and through the VRBO app.

Close to downtown Frisco, nice place. No issues even with lots of snowfall over weekend

The unit is in a great location. Love the river outside the door. Grill worked well. The bathrooms were clean. We noticed blueberries here and there in the kitchen floor…. so obviously it had not been cleaned. Bedding is a bit tired and could be updated. One entire room is bunk beds. Would stay again if it was thoroughly cleaned with new bedding.
