Fantastic property and location. Would recommendto others and stay again
Maybe dont add washer and dryer as an amenity since its paid building laundry.it would be good to call that out.
Also consider adding new towels.not much drying in the ones provided as they dont feel much like towels

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We chose this property for a week-long Babymoon vacation in South Beach because of the high reviews, close proximity to the beach/food/shopping, and the nice touch of having a kitchen included. The bonus feature we loved and saved us a lot of money: the included 2 beach chairs and umbrella! We used them every day of our stay and saved SO much money from having to rent them at the beach. The instructions for check-in and what was provided were super clear and the apartment matched the photos. The air conditioning worked perfect, and that’s critical for a pregnant lady in the summer! Would definitely recommend 10/10 and will return to this property on our next trip to Miami.

The condo was very modern and updated. The beds are two fulls not queens as listed but still comfortable. When a issue arose Palo was very prompt with responding.
