This Gulf FRONT unit is only half a mile from Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation as relaxing or exciting as you want! The master bedroom has a roomy king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and double vanities. With a King bed in the guest bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the enclosed bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Wake up with morning coffee or throw some steaks on the included grill for dinner on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. We had an amazing stay at Sterling Breeze 804. From the time we walked in the door everything was beautiful and clean in the unit. There are plenty of throw blankets, bath towels, and games to play. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at-home. The host responds quickly. The beach and pool views are perfect. We were not able to check in any earlier than 4pm check-in time. The elevators were slow on check in/check out days. It’s aggravating that they make you leave your license in order to get a luggage cart because it’s a long way to carry all your groceries or luggage up to the room without a cart if you can’t take the time to leave your license.There was plenty of room to accommodate our family and grandparents in this unit. We had a great time and would stay in this same unit again if we are in the area.

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and building staff were very friendly and helpful. The second day of our stay, the thermostat had some issues. I called the customer service number and it was fixed within an hour at 9:00pm. Definitely recommend! We had a lovely vacation in this unit.

Several issues with the condo AC not working correctly, dishwasher didn’t work so we washed dishes by hand, sliding door lock fell off. All was corrected while there except for the dishwasher.
