A breathtaking direct oceanfront view from your living area that leaves people speechless! A HUGE L shaped Lanai that allows you to walk out and enjoy the jaw dropping coast line views. You feel like you're in your own world being in Building 5.
This end unit offers excellent privacy, plus extra windows for a light and open feel not often found with condominiums.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet 5201 will be met by Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Outstanding host, Knutson company, excellent communication before and during our rental time. Beautiful unit with everything one could ask for in a rental condo, extremely clean, lots of kitchen utensils and linens. The chest on the balcony contained lots of beach gear.

Beautiful Condo. Very well stocked with everything in the kitchen to the beach supplies. Views are everything, watched the whales go by, fishermen, and kayakers.Would stay there again

The service provided by the management team was excellent! They responded to questions almost immediately and always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. It’s harder and harder to leave! mahalo

The best part about this property is the outstanding, near-immediate response from Knutson & Assoc, whether it's about area information or rental questions. They are above first class.While the condo advertises that it accommodates four people, it really only comfortably accommodates two. Both bathrooms have only one sink, and the master bedroom opens to the general living area and kitchen. It would be okay for two adults and two children. Noise from the unit above can penetrate, but it is tolerable.The living area and kitchen are large and open onto a beautiful lanai, which commands a wonderful view of the ocean and is likely where you will eat all your meals. This is a large condominium resort with a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, but no hot tub. It is south of Kona proper and well-located for venturing north or south. It is close to two beaches, but they are usually overcrowded. The best beaches are about an hour north.We enjoyed this place as our first time on the Big Island.
