2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient for adults travelling together. You can park one car behind the property gate. There is a back patio with a small pool, wrought iron table & chairs. Each bedroom has a balcony. There
are 2 plus rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. New paint inside. Costco is across the highway and Walmart is nearby. It is a short drive to town center and Medano Beach and there is the private beach within the community. Bus stops are right outside the community. Fully equipped, very clean and well maintained. Gardener came once a week and pool cleaners came twice a week, both very unobtrusive. Comfortable beds. Fabulous neighborhood. We walked to Cabo Bello beach almost every day. Short drives to town and best snorkeling beaches. Would definitely rent again.

This house was fully equipped with a full kitchen, large brand new BBQ, lots of seating, beer fridge, towels, washer and dryer… the pool was fabulous it would cool you off in the day and warm you up at night! The patio and pool is where we spent most of our time. The beach was fairly close to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Pros: private pool, Jacuzzi tub, deck, quiet.Cons: house in need of repairs, Jacuzzi tub took a long time to fill with hot water no paper towels
