With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and a bidet, your comfort is our top priority. Enjoy the gorgeous living room with 2 sofa beds and 2 futons for additional space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Akkayalar Aerie House
Enjoy the lake and city view next to Akkaya Travertines in BOLU, the heart of nature
Away from the noise of the city, but also 5 minutes away from the city, you can relax with your loved ones, completely independently, in a 2200m2 garden, accompanied by lake and city views.
In our house with a capacity of 12 people; There is a large air-conditioned living room, a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 WCs, 2 large balconies and 1 veranda.

We have indoor parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking space in the garden for your extra vehicles.
Pita, pizza, casserole etc. are cooked in the stone wood oven in the garden. You can enjoy barbecue with. You can use the samovar in the garden. You can also enjoy hookah. You can spend time with backgammon, okey team and box games.
You can go hiking and cycling in the lake and forest behind our house. Depending on the season, you can benefit from the naturally grown, pesticide-free fruit trees in our garden.
