No unauthorized day or overnight visitors
No outside vendors or events without prior written approval
No weddings or large gatherings unless approved
No pets
No smoking inside home or on dock
No firearms, weapons, or fireworks allowed on property
All amenities used at guest’s own risk
Guests financially responsible for any damages or violations
Safety Disclaimers:
Pool is not fenced; no door alarms; children must be supervised at all times
Swimming, paddleboarding, dock use, gym equipment, trampoline, and all amenities are used at guest’s own risk
No diving off dock or decks
Gym equipment requires adult supervision
Fire pit is propane only — never leave unattended
Dock & Lakefront Use:

Cancellations 60+ days prior: 95% refund (5% processing fee)

This house was absolutely beautiful and fit our large family perfectly. I give this house 5 stars because it was very nice and communication with the owner was so easy and she was quick to respond, but our only complaint was for the small children and our 88 year old grandparents. There are a lot of stairs in the house with no elevator, and the drop offs around the pool and near the trampoline were not very kid friendly. The pool especially we had to constantly be getting the little kids away so they didn't fall off the stone ledge since there was no fence or anything. The rooms on the bottom floor having the walkouts were a major plus. The kids loved the movie theatre room and some of the adults loved the exercise room. The dock was awesome and we LOVED the paddle boards! The only negative down there was how steep the walk back up to the house was, especially right off the dock where you can see hand rails were at one point but are no longer there. We do a group trip every year and this is one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed at! Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Have families comprised of 10 adults and 9 children ages 10-19 gathered for MemorIal Day to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the bunk room was big enough to fit all the kids and they all had a bed to sleep in. The kids enjoyed playing games in the pool, paddle boarding, jumping off the dock and late night movies in the theater! The adults had plenty of space to gather and catch up and we spent a ton of time on the upper deck enjoying the view. We loved the downstairs living area where we played intergenerational billiards tournaments and there was space for all. The kitchen(s) were well equipped and there was room for everyone to eat. Thank you for hosting us in your gorgeous home! PS - loved the art and style!

We were not able to swim in the pool until halfway thru our stay because they treated the pool to remove phosphate and it caused the pool to have phosphate silt all over it. The pool spa heater was not working right until the third day of our stay. The pin ball machine was broken and had to be repaired. The home theater system was not working right and my sons had to do a work around to make it work. The light over the range top was not working and many of the pots and pans were burned and disgusting. The access to the house is not good at all. The house has amazing potential but fell way short on maintenance. The pool was a big issue. We feel we should receive some compensation back fir the large number of issues.
