Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.

The rooms was clean and had what was needed. Only down side is that this is HOA owned and are very particular of what you can do and it seems the pool rules only apply to certain type of people, also you feel watched all the time by one of the lady(Karen) that live there who loves taking pictures of plates(to call the tow truck and the police) and counting how many people come in and out of the room. We were told the police was going to be call and that we had extra people in our room(we had other family members in another room that they also rented). Our biggest inconvenience was that we got the condo for 11 people and was only able to park one car in their parking lot. The others had to struggle finding parking in the town parking spaces and you have to either pay hourly or by day. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
