Good location, nice accommodations, good beds, nice neighbors, nice backyard. Variety of maintenance issues. Started with dead mouse and stench when we arrived. Outdoor area had not been swept and cleaned. Broken shade in one bedroom. Fireplace screen broken and key to turn on gas missing. Missing garage door opener.

Good location. Bedrooms and backyard are nice (grill needs new grates). Minor problems were resolved. The number of bath towels (especially hand towels) is lacking. One complaint is the lack of a table that seats 6. That one piece of furniture doesn't seem necessary, that would make room for a larger table.

WiFi was spotty the first day but management was quick to respond and fixed problem with new router
Kitchen well stocked with pots pans dishes spices oils and vinegars - we all had a good vacation - will return !! Plenty of beach stuff in garage - beach chairs and umbrella, towels, and a scooter and bikes !!

House was fine, close to beach. Could not use hot tub, it smelt like mold.
