Located in the heart of the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area, in the center of the village of Monêtier-les-Bains, we offer our 46 m² duplex apartment for 4/5 people.
Ideally located, it can be enjoyed both in summer and winter.
The bright living room features an authentic wood‑burning stove for cozy evenings and offers a magnificent view of the slopes.
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room opening onto a private south-facing balcony, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (raclette set, toaster, dishwasher, etc.) and a separate toilet.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom and two comfortable separate bedrooms with Velux windows: one with a double bed and plenty of storage, the other with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double). The apartment also includes an additional small room with two single bunk beds.
Please note: linen is not provided.
Cleaning option available.
Internet, TV, and games included.

Small apartment but everything you need for 4 adults for a weeks ski trip. Ideally situated a few hundred yards from the village centre and a little further away from the ski slopes. Access was easy and communications with the owners simple

Passed a lovely week. Easy access to the village and shuttle bus to the slopes and the owners were very responsive to all communication.
