It is a great location. Beach only a couple blocks. The boardwalk shops/bars too. Breakfast place beside it. Had supper across the street with outdoor seating and a band. When we had an issue (out of their control) got immediate response. Only negative is the pool, while great to have, was dirty with bugs and leaf debris and no netting or anything to help clean it out.

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking except no dish washing machine, but I prefer hand wash anyway.

Excellent quaint location, and the host thought of everything, all the details in case something forgotten. Perfect location for a great beach getaway for one or two!
