a beautiful project that, during its recent renovation (2024), has kept its guidelines aimed at recalling the 70s of the twentieth century. Simple, colorful, fresh, reminiscent of the typical holidays of those years.

It also has the latest generation ceiling fans. It has a double kitchen, one of which is on the outdoor patio. Two bathrooms with two showers. It can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms (3 French double beds and 2 bunk beds). A large parking lot under the pergola and a pine forest at the back for an afternoon rest will make you appreciate the sea breeze. The villa is facing east on the beach side and west on the back. The Mediterranean scrub is really well cared for and gives unforgettable scents. Ultimately, a villa for families, teenagers, couples and children.
