About this space
Welcome to our beautiful 1BR apartment in in an incredible part of Belfast.
Queens Uni is just 7 minutes walk and City Hall just 15 minutes walk in the other direction. On your doorstep (Botanic, Dublin Road, Lisburn Road) you have among the best food and drink options in the city.
The apartment has been completely refurbished and is offered with all mod cons one could need for a great stay.
Although located in a busy area, we face the communal square so are not impacted by street noise.
The space
We have everything you need for a perfect stay - free parking, brand new king size bed and mattress, venetian blinds and black out curtains, wall mounted smart TV, coffee machine that takes lots of different types of pods, really fast WIFI, plush carpeting and rugs, smart thermostat for easy heating controls, brand new bathroom with great shower, cosy lighting, a desk with loads of room and plug sockets and lamp just beside it in the bedroom. You also benefit from being in a lovely apartment building with a fantastic outdoor square if you need get a little fresh air.
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in Queens Quarter in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk.
If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.
We are located a 10 minute walk from Queens University and a 5 minute walk from the City Hospital.
Just 7 minutes walk to the large Great Victoria Street Train/Bus station and 5 minutes walk from City Hospital Train Station.
Other things to note
If a guest fails to adhere to these rules the stay will be cancelled immediately WITHOUT REFUND. Please do not book if you cannot adhere to them.
1. No Smoking; 2. No loud noise or music after 9pm; 3. No extra guests without prior permission.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Great base in Belfast, we could walk to everything. The unit is well appointed with lots of pubs, and grocery stores within 5 min walk. Parking was a bonus on the property. Overall i would recommend this property for your Belfast stop.

I FOUND GETTING THE KEY DIFFICULT AS I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. A RESIDENT KINDLY HELPED ME AND SAID THE KEY SHOULD BE CLOSE TO THE DOOR. THERE WAS NO DISHCLOTH TO WIPE DOWN SURFACES, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COFFE MACHINE, THERE WAS DIRT ON THE WINDOW FRAMES AND SKIRTING BOARDS, ALSO DEAD SPIDERS IN WEBS!
