THE SPACE
SEACLUSION is the upper floor of a unique two-unit oceanfront vacation property on St. Simons Island, accessible via an outdoor stairway to the upper deck.
SEACLUSION is located directly on the sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean, within one-half mile or a 10-minute walk to the village/pier area. Our home has recently been renovated and features a DIRECT and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach, the shipping channel, and Jekyll Island. You will have peace and quiet in your private beachfront backyard while enjoying 180-degree beautiful ocean views from your living room, open kitchen, and dining room through two sets of big glass sliders. You can see Jekyll Island and Cumberland Island from the patio and living room, and throughout the day you can experience the ever-changing tidal patterns that come with the ocean's gentle ebb and crashing flow on the rocks in front of SEACLUSION.
Enjoy waking up and walking out to your private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, feeling the wonderful ocean breezes above your own private white sand beach.
Sit back and relax.
Watch the ships and dolphins go by.
Sit in the sun and get a tan.
Read a book.
Go biking and walking on the beautiful flat sand beach, and spend tranquil moments wading and fishing in the waters close to shore.
We also offer SEACLUSION TOO (Unit 2) - the lower unit, a barrier-free condo at ground level. The floor plans of both condos are identical, and both are beautifully furnished and appointed. If one is not available, be sure to check on the other listing.
Each unit features two bedrooms with comfortably appointed king beds and an open dining room/living room with a sofa sleeper with unobstructed ocean views. A queen-sized air mattress is also available. Two bathrooms feature a tub with shower and walk-in shower, respectively. Renovations to the kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, walls, etc., include comfortable furnishings, all tile and wood flooring, both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a laundry room. We have a flat screen TV in both the living room and primary bedroom.
We also have all the necessities - dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware, blender, towels, linens, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, charcoal grill, etc.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We love this spot it’s been our 6th stay. Beach is so convenient just right out your front door. Quiet and a perfect get away.

What a quaint charmer! This bungalow is also perfectly located and the beachfront, well… what can I say? Do yourself a favor and book this one. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll definitely be back.

Location was great...communication with property manager was timely (they apologized about the complaints but did nothing about them)
Day 1: chair outside broke with my 83 year old mother in it. Chair was not replaced and we only had three chairs around the table. The weather was gorgeous but we couldn't sit around the table outside. Comforter in guest bedroom had sand on it upon arrival. There was one ice tray in the freezer with no ice. The kitchen was poorly stocked.
Day 3: landscaping company came at 8am and mowed and blew for an hour waking everyone up TV was fuzzy so we switched to Netflix and then streaming didn't work due to lag time.
None of these are life changing problems but when you pay a high price you don't expect to have these issues. I work hard to pay for vacations and shouldn't have receive less than was expected. I kept up with my end of the deal, paid on time and left on time; therefore, I think Lighthouse management should have to as well.
