River front house on a 1/2 acre lot that sleeps 25 people. The property has a gentle slope down to the river (no stairs) with beautiful pecan and cypress trees. We are located on River Rd in the heart of tub country! Newly renovated interior, the home boast 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a very large party room down stairs. The property has parking for 10 vehicles and beautiful views with various wild life observation opportunities. The location also includes trophy trout fishing just steps from the house.

This was our second time staying at this house. Excellent location on the river. We love the downstairs room for people to gather and the back patio is awesome for cooking out. Lots of beds. Great communication by the host.

Great River house. Super location for young children ito access the river. Stairs in the house may be of a concern for those with small children, but very manageable. Had trouble with the AC, but the owner was very quick to respond and was very concerned for our comfort. Highly recommended.

This was the most wonderful home I have rented on VRBO. The owner was committed to ensuring we had a swell time and was extremely helpful. Beautiful kitchen and views. Multiple trash cans. I would trust the owner not only with my vacation, but my life.
