The place was very clean and well placed for attractions and food venues. Within walking distance to the zoo and the neighborhood is very quiet.

The property was decent. The air for the bedrooms at night was very low so the bedrooms got extremely hot. I know that is out of their control but it made things pretty miserable. I let the tenants know that there were some light bulbs missing which was not really a big deal but the communication was "thank you for letting us know,"and they did nothing. The grass was extremely high and they did nothing they just said "thank you for letting us know."Other than that it was okay.
