Casa Las Palmas is a charming residence offering four well-appointed studios, complemented by a newly built swimming pool, outdoor grill, palapa, and mezzanine floor.
Welcome to Estudio Tortugas a unique and private getaway designed for relaxation and comfort. This studio boasts comfortable queen size mattress and sofa bed apartment with shared pool. Also has outdoor space with charcoal grill, TV and dining set up under palapa.
Our studios are designed to provide all the comforts of home. Relax with a refreshing drink by the pool, unwind in a hammock, or take a dip in the cool, inviting waters. The pool is a key feature of the property, offering a refreshing escape.
The shared common areas are, including the pool, outdoor grill, terrace, smart TV, dining area, and an outdoor restroom, Rest assured, the pool is exclusively for guests, and there’s also a mezzanine floor level with lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxation.
Each studio features:
A comfortable queen-size bed and sofa bed perfect for children
Air conditioning for a cool, restful stay
A smart TV with WIFI internet access
A fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, toaster, blender, regular coffee maker, juice maker, and more.
A 5-gallon purified water jug is provided for your convenience (you’ll need to refill it if need more water.

Just 3 blocks from Sam’s Club and Bodega Aurrera (supermarkets)
Within walking distance of numerous restaurants
Only 5 minutes from a gas station and 2 blocks from the famous El Caracol (The Big Snail).

The property is ideally located just two blocks from Sam's Club and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and more. The ocean and ferry terminal are about a mile away, a quick 10-minute drive, and the airport is just 7 minutes away.
Parking is available outside for your rental car, and if you rent scooters from outside, I highly recommend parking them inside the property for added security. If you rent my scooters, they must be parked inside.

We loved our stay & our host!! Jaime was the BEST!- responded quickly if needed -also at the prop. daily. The location was about a 7 min taxi ride from the ferry- directions were excellent. The location was in a prime area for walking or biking to many local restaurants, shops, & grocery stores. The beach/coast was a 10min drive-perfect for our daily trips. The studio was perfect or the two of us & we stayed 12/2/25-1/6/26. Kitchen was amazing- crock pot, gas stove, coffee maker, tons of pots & pans- we were able to make holiday meals as well. Fridge & freezer which were also great since we were there for a bit. The bathroom was nice & shower gets hot & pressure was great too. Storage had an area for hanging clothes, shelves, & drawers and a full-length mirror as well. TV had cable channels & lots of streaming services available. WiFi was very reliable & fast. A very large set of sliding doors opens to the pool which had an amazing mural painted on the waterfall wall. Pool was the perfect size for relaxing on the floaties or even doing exercise or swimming laps-Pool was very refreshing after being in the heat too. The patio had a nice area with a table & chairs, TV with the same service as the studio, grill, & a 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs was a gorgeous patio with 2 sunbeds - plenty of room for exercise/yoga, meditation & enjoying incredible sunrises/sunsets. There were 3 other studios on the property with different themes- great for multi-families. Plants & murals

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. It is great spot and it’s about ten minutes from everywhere you want to go. I would stay here again on an extended stay to go scuba diving by myself. The only complaints came from my wife she complained about seeing some ants and the huge thing there was know hair dryer for her to use.PLEASE IF YOU DONT DO ANYTHING GET A HAIRDRYER FOR THE LADIES.She almost ruined my trip over this one thing so I had to go and buy one.This is a great place for short or long visit to Cozumel. I would stay again!!!!!

Great studio for those looking to a little oasis in Cozumel. The pool and outdoor area were great places to cool off during the day or cook up something on the grill.
I was remote working during my stay and only a couple internet issues typical of the network in Cozumel.
This place is outside of the touristy area, so great for a long term visit and close to Sams and 65th for shops. That said access to a car is helpful if you want to get to the beach clubs or ferry.
Overall a really nice place to make your home away from home.

Pros:
—Extremely comfortable queen bed
—Off street parking
—Walking distance to Sam’s Club/Bodega Aurrera & La Terracita, and other misc. places
—Rooftop sun deck
—Air conditioning works well
Cons:
—Toilet wouldn’t flush consistently - even if we didn’t flush toilet paper (what was recommended after we told Jaime we were having an issue)
—Leaky shower head/limited water pressure
—Mold in bathroom
—No paper towels provided, nor extra kitchen towels
—No pot holders or microwaveable bowls that didn’t get extremely hot to the touch
—Limited supply of pots/pans —e.g., no small sauce pan for 1-2 person serving, plus pans have metal handles so couldn’t use on stove without having pot holders
—Pool is primarily in the shade
—Gate to property (to pull car in) very hard to slide
The place could use some touching up. The pictures make the property look much ‘fresher’ and ‘newer’ than it truly is so immediately we were disappointed. However, for the price, knowing we would be gone most of the day diving, and because we only needed a place primarily to sleep, we decided to give it a try.
Jaime was very responsive when we reached out about the toilet not working, however, having to plunge the toilet constantly is unacceptable & not what we want to do on vacation.
We booked Casa las Palmas for 10 nights but left after 5. Would have actually checked out sooner but it took us a night or two to locate other accommodations last minute.
