There is a particular kind of brightness that only a corner unit delivers — light flooding in from two directions at once before you have even opened the blinds, filling every room from the first morning to the last. At Shorewalk Vacation Villas, that is your starting point. Everything else — two heated pools, two hot tubs, and Anna Maria Island fifteen minutes down the road — is what makes it a proper Gulf Coast vacation.

This is a standout Bradenton vacation rental for guests who want space, light, and an unbeatable location — a fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo in one of Florida's most welcoming resort communities, set up and ready from the moment you arrive.

THE SPACE
At 1,000 sq ft, this second-floor Gulf Coast condo rental is a true corner unit — windows on multiple sides, natural light from every angle, and a bright open feel that larger interior units rarely match. No neighbors above, better airflow, and the kind of privacy that makes settling in easy.

The open living and dining area seats four and flows into a comfortable living room anchored by a wraparound couch and Smart TV — the kind of setup that makes evenings genuinely easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances, complete cookware, and everything needed to cook and eat in like a local. Publix and Aldi are both minutes away. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath nearby — ideal for kids, teammates, or a second couple. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV are all included.

THE RESORT
Shorewalk Vacation Villas is a full resort destination, not just a condo complex. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, scenic lakeside walking paths, a fitness center, and BBQ grills — all within beautifully maintained grounds that most guests genuinely never want to leave. Restaurants, groceries, and shops are all within easy walking distance of the front door.

5 MINUTES FROM IMG ACADEMY
IMG Academy is one of the most prestigious sports training institutions on the planet — and this Florida beach condo sits just five minutes from its gates. Families traveling for tournaments, recruiting visits, and showcase events return here because it offers something no hotel can: a bright, spacious home base with a full kitchen, two resort pools, two hot tubs, and room to genuinely decompress after a long day on the sidelines. This is IMG Academy accommodation that actually feels like a vacation.

15 MINUTES FROM ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Anna Maria Island vacation days start here and end well — fifteen minutes to Coquina Beach, Bean Point, and the clearest turquoise water on the Gulf Coast. Pack the cooler, load up the car, and make a full day of it. Lunch at the Sandbar Restaurant on the water, or Skinny's Place for what many locals call the best grouper sandwich on the island. Both fifteen minutes from your front door.

WHAT RECENT GUESTS SAY
"We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again".
