Unlimited parking and no noisy tenants above you, will make for the a stress-free trip. Countless retail and restaurants are within minutes of where you’ll be staying.
Off of the popular, Cherry Road, this is close to the freeway with easy access to neighboring towns like Fort Mill and a quick 20-30 minute drive to Charlotte, NC. Carowinds is a close, popular attraction (although, closed due to COVID-19). There are several parks, trails and nature to be discovered close by.

The condo was clean. It had everything we needed. It's located and a bad neighborhood and the smell of marijuana from the neighbor was EXTREMELY overwhelming. We will not stay again because of the location and smell. We could tell the owner did everything possible to cover the smell with air purifiers and air freshers throughout condo. It did not help.

Clean home, would stay again! Only complaint is someone in the building was a weed smoker and it could be smelled in our location.

Very clean. Close to arena. Kitchen loaded with spices. All reviews from previous reviewers are accurate. Instant hot water and a great ice maker.

The inside was clean and beds were decently comfortable. The building was super run down and when we first arrived at night, I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to get out of the car. Wasn’t in a great location. Neighbor next door also smokes weed most of the day and you can smell it in the apartment. The dishwasher was also super gross and had a horrible smell to it. We didn’t want to open it up to out dishes in it, it was so bad. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend but we were in town for a tournament and it was nice having more space than one hotel room
