Great condo, clean, stocked with the right supplies. Beach and pool supplies provided by host. Perfect sized pool, short walk to the beach, beach wagon provided by host. The soft serve ice cream at mini golf down the road is delicious. Toni was a responsive and prepared host. We hope to stay here again!

Everything we needed. Great to have the beach chairs and wagon. Snacks, wine and a couple bottles of water were a nice touch. Able to walk next door to a bar/restaurant. Convenient location to grocery/bars/dining and downtown St Augustine.
