It features one bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan and a sofa bed in the living room. In the lounge, you'll find a Smart TV, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. Additionally, it has air conditioning for hot days and heating for cold days.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
