The perfect family getaway for 6, enveloped in a private garden and located within convenient driving distance to the magnificent Lake Maggiore!
This modern, 2-level house with a sunny private garden is an ideal refuge to bring your family together and spend a carefree holiday. The brand-new rental is especially ideal for those coming with their little ones, both human and four-legged ones. Outside, the garden has sun loungers, a dining area and a children’s play area for wholesome family fun.
Inside the 2-bedroom rental, the living room provides a comfortable lounging area equipped with a sofa bed and fireplace. You are assured of a carefree holiday with a well-equipped kitchen-dining area with a dishwasher, oven and range cooker. Under the stairs leading to the upper floor, there is a utility room with a washing machine and bike storage. The first floor has two bedrooms with south-facing balconies overlooking the garden to relax in solitude.

The two bedrooms of the rental have a king-size double bed. The double sofa bed in the living room comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

Pollino is a strategic location for visiting Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands or enjoying the famous routes dedicated to mountain biking and walking. From the rental, you can easily reach Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands in less than 30 minutes, visit the Piedmont coast (Arona, Meina, Stresa, Intra, Cannero, Cannobbio, Locarno, Lugano) and take the ferry from Intra (10-15 minutes drive from here) arriving after 20 minutes of navigation at Laveno Mombello, the Lombard coast (Laveno Mombello, Angera, Ranco, Ispra, Luino, Maccagno).
