Motorcycles are allowed / trailer parking is offsite and an additional daily fee. Golf Carts are not permitted.
Security deposit of $200.00 is required prior to arrival
Bed and bath linens included; toiletries and paper products are not provided

For last-minute dates not available online, contact us directly
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully) a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.
Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

Love the condo but it was not very clean. Floors were filthy. Your feet would be black in a matter of seconds from walking on the condo floor so we always had to keep socks or shoes on. Everyone was very nice. Location was great. Parking however was a nightmare. No where to turn around to come back down and if you drive a large car like we do it was very hard passing another in the parking.

The room was as described, but the beds were uncomfortable and the facility reeked of pot smoke drifting from other balconies and the pool. The facility management staff were also terribly rude. Communication was bad, check in instructions didn’t include the door code so that process was delayed, and the checkout procedures were unclear. The pool was fine but the lazy river is only 2-feet deep, resulting in a nasty scrape on my foot. Overall, the facility served its purpose for a quick weekend trip, but I won’t be returning.
