Place was as described. Bring ear plugs. The roosters start outside the place at 3:00AM.

Lovely property in a quiet part of town. Very clean and the pool was wonderful on hot afternoons. Comfortable bed and lots of storage space. Nicely equipped kitchen. A few very minor maintenance issues but overall great value just off the main street.

I recently stayed in the BOA apartment, and it was perfect for one person. The space was very clean, and since I was traveling alone. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The walk to the beach and Restaurants was easy, and I also felt comfortable walking back after dark. It was a nice bonus to have access to the pool. San Pancho is very walkable, which made everything even more convenient. Overall was a great stay - just missing a few simple things : no hand soap in bathroom and no salt/pepper in kitchen.Host was quick to reply to messages.

We loved our stay. It looked a tad bigger in the photos and the water pressure was low but the space worked well for us and we enjoyed our time in San Pancho.
