Overall the facility was certainly worth the price there were some minor things that could have beendone to make it a little bit more comfortable

The condo itself was fine, the owners were very communicative. The buildings overall need work, and the elevator is very sketchy. North Beach is not a great beach, but there was access to area attractions and other beaches.
