Shainin & Naz are very gracious, helpful & friendly hosts. The apartment was private, clean, and close to the areas we planned to visit. We would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in North Vancouver. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed for our visit. The two-bedroom layout worked well for our group, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated after busy days of sightseeing. Street parking was available, and although there was no dedicated parking spot, we were able to find parking each evening without any issues.The apartment is located in the basement of a house, with the hosts living upstairs. As with most basement suites, you may occasionally hear some normal household noise from above. If that does not bother you, this is a very good place to stay while visiting Vancouver. The area is safe, pleasant, and close to several beautiful parks and outdoor spaces. Overall, the apartment met our needs well and was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Vancouver and the surrounding area.

The suite was fresh, clean, tidy and well provisioned. It met our needs as anticipated. Communication with the host was great - responses were timely and very helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The space was updated and clean. The bathroom was great but the button to turn on the fan was unreachable. The owner was helpful and courteous. It appeared to have windows in the pictures but the blinds would not work on the two windows that were in the bedrooms. For two old woman who love the sunlight it felt very bunker like. We were gone most of the day but when we returned in the evening the loveseat did not feel big enough to sit and relaxed. We each ended up reading books in bed every night because of the seating.
