• The first bedroom features a queen bed and opens to the balcony through sliding glass doors—an ideal spot to enjoy the coastal breeze.
• The second bedroom offers a pull-out sleeper sofa, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.
• The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a king bed and direct balcony access, allowing you to start your mornings with warm sun and salty air.
• The fifth bedroom includes a pull-out sleeper sofa and is outfitted with a mini fridge, sink, and countertop—a great space for someone who wants a little more independence or late-night snacks. It also features direct access to the balcony.

Downstairs, the sixth bedroom serves as a private guest suite. It features its own kitchenette and full bathroom, and can be closed off from the main living space with an interior door.
