There are 9 elevators in the resort. Also, this garage has its Elevator, and you walk only a few flights of stairs to the unit after you return from the beach!

- Even though we have a large capacity auto dehumidifier in the unit, sometimes, fabrics naturally absorb moisture from humid air, making them feel damp, clammy, or sticky.
-High humidity can cause condensation on surfaces, making things feel wet. High humidity at your place can absolutely make floors feel sticky, especially wood, laminate, and certain tile/stone floors, because moisture in the air affects the finish or material, causing tackiness, even without visible spills. This is different from moisture affecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), which deals with electronics, but both are about how humidity interacts with materials, leading to different issues like stickiness on floors and potential failure in electronics -In Panama City Beach (PCB), Florida, keeping sand out of your home is a common challenge due to the region's famous fine-powder "sugar white" sand, which is 99% pure quartz and easily tracks indoors. The sand can easily be blown inside if you keep the balcony or the front door open, especially on a windy day.

Please report any maintenance or cleaning issues and pictures within the first 30 minutes of your arrival time, and we'll fix the problem as soon as possible.
From time to time, maintenance and enhancements to our beautiful resort may temporarily close an amenity or cause noise. This is out of the Owner's control, and there will be no refunds. *Way to avoid waiting and save time*
* AFTER BOOKING,
You will receive an email with a link to pay the resort fee and to register. Guests are required to pay a one-time resort fee of $86.97, including taxes. PER RESERVATION (not per person, nor per night). That includes 7 WRISTBANDS & 2 PARKING PASSES. The resort fee is paid directly to SymLiv online. They accept Credit Cards. We do not collect this money, and it is not included in your total amount. This fee is nonrefundable. The wristbands will be in the unit. Please print your parking pass(es) and have them on your vehicle dashboard. If you cannot print, you will need to show the QR Code to the security guards at the entrance gate. We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.

The unit was perfect for families. Excellent location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and amusement centers. The property manager responded to questions in a timely manner and gave clear instructions on what's expected of the renters

The place was decent, but unlike what the pictures showed there was no cart to use for the beach or carpet in the living room which we would’ve liked. There were not very many pots and pans so don’t plan on cooking too much. The property manager was really nice though! Overall, there are places in the same complex that have more things for the beach that we are unable to bring on the plane like carts and coolers which this unit did not have. Can’t complain too much though because we made it work and enjoyed our vacation!
