Fairly clean unit. Comfortable beds. Very nicely decorated. Needs new couches. Had a hard time getting in touch with the people I pd to use the unit. They never responded to the last message I sent them

Reviewer Comments:
We were very happy with the overall property and specifically our condo. It was nice to be on the 3rd floor where we didn’t have to rely on the elevator each time. Our condo was clean, well maintained and super cute. We had plenty of space. My only criticism would be the pool rules seemed extreme, the lights on the pool overnight were blinking and that reflected into our room and there was an unpleasant sewer smell near our side of the tower but it was only present when walking to the parking lot.

We come to PCB every year. This condo had the perfect set up for our family vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We have stayed at Watercrest for about 8 years in various units. This unit was my least favorite for several reasons.
The room with two beds needs new mattresses, you could feel the springs.
One of the master bedroom toilets needs fixed. You have to remember to pull the handle up after every flush or it runs at full force until you do.
It would have been nice to have clothes hangers. There were only a few plastic retail hangers.
The unit living room/kitchen appear bigger in the pictures. The ceiling in the kitchen and bathrooms are
extremely low. Being a tall family it felt like our heads were going to hit the ceiling.
Overall it was a great stay and we liked that the unit overlooked the pool so we could easily keep an eye on our teenagers.
