A one bedroom apartment above the Historic North Plank Road Tavern (circa 1801), this quaint space is updated but retains its unique charm (and century old tilt), with wide board floors, a claw foot tub (with shower), bed room, living room and a galley kitchen. Quaint and quirky one bedroom apartment with a century old tilt, above a fine dining restaurant. The apartment is a few blocks from Mount Saint Mary's College and an easy drive (25 minutes) down 9-W to The United States Military Academy at West Point.

This is a private apartment in a building w/ four apartments and a fine dining restaurant, North Plank Road Tavern, downstairs.
Other things to note:
The North Plank Road Tavern, a fine dining restaurant below, offers VRBO/Airbnb guests a 10% discount. Be sure to let your waiter or bartender know that you are staying at the VRBO/ Airbnb upstairs.
There are lots of attractions in the area including Art Galleries, the DIA Art Museum, Storm King Art Center, Washington's Headquarters, Motorcyclepedia Museum, many Historic Houses, Wineries, Breweries, Angry Orchard Cidery, and many Farms and Orchards, as well as the United States Military Academy at West Point, outlet shopping at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets (30 minutes), great hiking and so many other things to do.

Just staying in rooms built in 1801 makes you imagine all the people who have walked those floors. The apartment was perfect location for access to the Appalachian Trail, West Point, and Bear Mountain park. Property managers were there at check in and even helped bring in some bags! Thank you. Recommend
