The Space:
Escape into our fresh new condo at the Las Palmas Resort! Our recently remodeled, ground floor unit will welcome you with an exciting color pallet. Fresh new golden, yellow paint with accents of teal will brighten any day.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. It sleeps 6 comfortable with the option of 2 more on an air mattress.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen TV & private en suite. The garden tub is inviting and relaxing after a long day playing in the beautiful, surrounding areas. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and with the 3rd bedroom across the hall - 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. Bring along your favorite movies to catch up on as you escape the pulls of the world.
The kitchen is WELL stocked with all the essentials and extra things needed to help you whip up your favorite family meal. The brand new, black appliances will make cooking in (instead of eating out) and enjoyable experience. You can cook and still enjoy the company of your family/friends with the open floor plan that provides enough seating for your entire crew.
Right across the way from the living room there is a sliding door that leads to the spacious outdoor patio with outdoor seating a backyard and a BBQ. A perfect place to have a picnic or play family games together while enjoying the beautiful views of Saint George!
In each bedroom and bathroom there are fresh clean linens, an ample amount of towels, soaps/shampoos, and fully stocked paper products for your convenience and use. There is also a washer and dryer provided to help lighten the load you have to bring from home.

With this Condo Rental, we have included a complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

We ran into a problem with our original reservation so they gave us an upgrade. It was perfect for our family to gather. The place was clean, roomy, the beds were comfortable. We had a great time.
